By accessing or using our website (https://prayasedge.com), registering for any programme, submitting an enquiry, or availing any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PrayasEdge International Private Limited ("PrayasEdge", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to providing high-quality educational, training, consultancy, and professional development services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, substitutions, transfers, and related matters for all our programmes and services.

By registering for or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Learning Management System (LMS) Services
Assessment Services
Any other educational or consultancy services offered by the Company.

3. Registration Confirmation

A registration shall be considered confirmed only after:

Successful receipt of payment.
Issuance of payment confirmation by PrayasEdge.
Completion of any applicable registration formalities.
Fulfilment of eligibility requirements, wherever applicable.

4. User Responsibilities

A participant may request cancellation by sending a written request to info@prayasedge.com.
Cancellation requests shall become effective only after written acknowledgement from PrayasEdge.
Telephone or verbal requests shall not be treated as valid cancellation requests.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds shall be considered only in accordance with this policy.
Where a participant cancels before commencement of the programme, PrayasEdge may, at its sole discretion, approve a full or partial refund after deducting administrative charges, taxes, payment gateway charges, and other applicable expenses.
Once a programme, workshop, webinar, consultancy assignment, online course, or training session has commenced, no refund shall ordinarily be granted except where required under applicable law.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing, the following shall generally be non-refundable:

Convenience Fees
Payment Gateway Charges
Downloadable Digital Products
E-books
Recorded Training Sessions
Digital Learning Materials
Certificates already issued
Completed Consultancy Services
Customized Training Programmes
Institutional Consulting Assignments
Research Deliverables
Assessment Reports
Personalised Advisory Services

7. Cancellation by PrayasEdge

PrayasEdge reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel any programme due to circumstances including but not limited to:

Insufficient registrations
Trainer unavailability
Technical issues
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Health emergencies
Force majeure events
Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In such cases, PrayasEdge may, at its discretion:

Offer an alternate date.
Provide programme credit for future use.
Transfer registration to another programme.
Issue an appropriate refund where applicable.

8. Online Courses

For self-paced online courses:

Access credentials issued to the participant shall be treated as commencement of service.
Once course access has been activated, no refund shall ordinarily be available.
Accidental purchase or failure to complete the course shall not automatically qualify for a refund.

9. Live Training Programmes

For instructor-led programmes:

Failure to attend shall not entitle the participant to any refund.
Late arrival or early departure shall not qualify for partial refunds.
Certificates may be withheld if attendance requirements are not met.

10. Institutional Programmes

For schools, colleges, universities, NGOs, corporate organisations, and government bodies:

Cancellation terms may be governed by separate written agreements.
Where no separate agreement exists, this policy shall apply.

11. Consultancy Services

Consultancy engagements involve planning, resource allocation, and professional expertise.
Accordingly:

Advance consultation fees may be non-refundable.
Fees paid for completed consultancy services shall not be refundable.
Customized reports, strategic plans, institutional audits, curriculum development, and advisory services shall generally be non-refundable once work has commenced.

12. Publications and Digital Resources

Printed books, manuals, workbooks, research reports, downloadable documents, templates, software, mobile applications, digital subscriptions, and other intellectual property supplied by PrayasEdge are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

13. Replacement or Transfer

At the sole discretion of PrayasEdge:

Registration may be transferred to another participant.
Programme dates may be changed.
Credit notes may be issued.
Future programme adjustments may be permitted.

Such requests shall be subject to administrative approval.

14. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

Refunds shall ordinarily be processed through the original mode of payment.
Processing time may range between 7 and 21 working days, depending upon banking and payment gateway timelines.
PrayasEdge shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, financial institutions, payment gateways, or other third parties.

15. Taxes and Charges

Where applicable:

Government taxes already deposited may not be refundable.
Payment gateway charges may be deducted.
Bank charges, transaction charges, and administrative expenses may also be deducted before processing any approved refund.

16. Fraudulent Transactions

PrayasEdge reserves the right to refuse refunds where:

Fraudulent payment is suspected.
Identity verification fails.
Payment has been reversed through unauthorized chargebacks.
False information has been submitted.
Misuse of services is detected.

Appropriate legal action may also be initiated.

17. Force Majeure

PrayasEdge shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, interruption, or modification of services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Floods
Earthquakes
Fire
Pandemic
Epidemic
War
Civil disturbances
Government restrictions
Internet failures
Power outages
Cybersecurity incidents
Labour disputes

In such cases, refunds, rescheduling, or credits shall be handled at the Company's reasonable discretion.

18. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of PrayasEdge under this Refund & Cancellation Policy shall not exceed the actual amount received by the Company for the specific service in question.

PrayasEdge shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from cancellation or refund decisions.

19. Amendments

PrayasEdge International Private Limited reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

The revised policy shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Company's website.

20. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jalgaon, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
